Roundtables allow you to share with fellow alumni what has worked for you and where you have struggled. We will explore how this topic may appear in Leadership, Parenting, and Committed Relationships. The discussion will be hosted by a CFCC facilitator who can guide understanding of this helpful skill. These opportunities ARE for alumni of Listens and Half-Day DISC only.

Balancing Logic and Emotion: Navigating Personal and Interpersonal Dynamics

August 21 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Topic: Logic and Emotion: me and others

The first half of this Roundtable will remind us of what it looks like when logic and emotion are out of balance, and will provide an opportunity to review the 5 Reflective Listening Skills as the most helpful way to bring someone back down to balance. In the second half, we will shift: now what to do when you are the one out of balance? If no one is there to listen to you and help you “pull the plug”, what can you do for yourself?
