A Message from Our CEO

Our workplace is special. We feel it when we come to work every day, and others feel it when they interact with us. That feeling is a combination of our highly engaged people, our culture, the work we do for our participants and communities, and our focus on growth. It is what makes the Chapman Foundation for Caring Communities (CFCC) an incredible place to work.
Each of us has a story that connects us to CFCC, and one commonality is our deep understanding of the important role we play in helping people improve relationships. We work together to help strengthen relationships, align teams, and build community. Our founders, Bob and Cynthia Chapman, continue to inspire us. As we have grown from a small nonprofit to a large “for good” organization serving participants throughout the US and beyond, the vision has always remained the same: to create a more caring world. Our values of Courageous Caring, Audacious Authenticity, Steadfast Stewardship, Adventurous Action, and Fun and Celebration define what we believe and are a set of integrated, guiding principles that reflect our unique makeup.
Our mission and values inspire us to grow and evolve. We are committed to serving our communities and partners in new ways and empowering our passionately driven team members to help us change the world, one relationship at a time.
