Roundtables allow you to share with fellow alumni what has worked for you and where you have struggled. We will explore how this topic may appear in Leadership, Parenting, and Committed Relationships. The discussion will be hosted by a CFCC facilitator who can guide understanding of this helpful skill. These opportunities ARE for alumni of Listens and Half-Day DISC only.

Decoding Emotions: A Guide to Understanding Yours and Others’ Feelings

May 16 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Topic: Naming Feelings

The ability to name our specific feelings is incredibly important in successful relationships, yet can be difficult for many of us to do. It can be even more difficult to correctly name the feelings in another person. During this Roundtable, you’ll be invited to reflect on how you identify your feelings when you’re bugged. You’ll also get the chance to share strategies around how you recognize emotions in others.
