Roundtables allow you to share with fellow alumni what has worked for you and where you have struggled. We will explore how this topic may appear in Leadership, Parenting, and Committed Relationships. The discussion will be hosted by a CFCC facilitator who can guide understanding of this helpful skill. These opportunities ARE for alumni of Listens and Half-Day DISC only.

Empathy in Action: Tailoring Our Response to Fit Every Scenario

October 24 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Topic: Different levels of empathy

Is all empathy created equal? Should I have the same level of empathy for my coworker as I do for my spouse? In this Roundtable, we will discuss why it’s easier for us to have empathy for some people more than others, and will also explore common barriers to empathy.
